While I might not have always liked you or thought good things about you, one thing I will say is that I respected your ability to stand up for those you care about and your organizational skills for things like the sit-in. We weren't friends, but I still feel that I learned a few things from you. I wish you the best of luck in the future, and surprisingly, I *will* miss seeing you around the school next year.

A wise old Colonel who loved horses once told me 'It's too big a world to be in competition with everyone. The only person who I have to be better than is myself. And in your case, that's tough enough.' I didn't listen to him until I came here. Don't be a stranger and don't let anyone tell you that you're not good enough. You're smart, loyal and remind me of one of the best surgeons in the world. That means that there's a lot in that head of yours that you might not have found yet, but it's still there. The fun part is finding it all.
