In response to a challenge, Logan had found a bakery that made bacon cinnamon rolls and ordered a box delivered.

Now he had his feet up on his desk while he contemplated ordering new business cards and waited for his witness to arrive.

"Take your time," Angel commented from where he sat doodling in his sketchbook. "I want to capture the moment."

"Witness," Logan said. He lifted a bacon cinnamon roll from the cardboard bakery box and held it up in the palm of his hand. "Bacon and cinnamon. Together." He took a bite. "Pretty damn good," he said, mouth full.

Angel stared. "You're kidding."

"Mmm," Logan said. "Kinda got that salty/sweet thing going in a big way. Wanna try? I got a box of them."

"Cinnamon roll," Angel said, to make sure they were on the same page. "With bacon."

"You've got the super-senses. Sniff it yourself," Logan said. "Want me to mix up a cup of blood and cinnamon for you now?"

"No." Angel liked those moments when he could sum up his feelings in a single syllyble.

Logan shook his head. "No sense of adventure." He gestured at his laptop screen. "What do you think of trying something new with the business cards?" He took another bite of the bacon-cinnamon roll.

"Besides a lobster?" Angel asked.

"Meat cards!" Logan grinned, turning the screen to show Angel. "'MEAT CARDS do not fit in a Rolodex, because their deliciousness CANNOT BE CONTAINED in a Rolodex.'" he quoted from the site.
