The office had reached the point where something had to be done and so Logan was working, doing filing, even, on a freaking Saturday. They needed more staff, but hiring was a pain in the ass. Logan wished they could just find someone right for the job. A person (or people) who could handle weirdness and office crap without running away screaming.

"I'm usually clinging to something a little higher up," Logan smirked.

Bel twitched. "I'd better find my room, because the though of that is making me want to throw up."

"You puke, you clean it up," Logan said.

"I'll leave that for the houseboy," Bel said.

"We don't have one currently," Logan said. "Need a job?"

"Awww, you get fired?" Bel said.

"No," Logan smiled. "I own half the company now."

"Guess Angel thought you deserved some sort of payment for services rendered," Bel said dryly.

"If he did, it didn't get me a discount," Logan said. "I bought out Parker's half."

"Like I really care," Bel said. "Just do me a favor and stay the hell out of my way."

"Happy to," Logan said.

"Great," Bel said, turning to stalk toward the stairs. This had to be just a temporary situation. Had to be.
